Jackson's PreK 3 Program

Jackson's preK3 class had an end of the year program a couple of weeks ago. It was so cute. They said the Pledge of Allegiance and sang a few songs. I cannot believe my boy is starting preK 4 next year and going to big boy school!

The journey to Aruba begins!

Caroline's Hair Braiding Session

We decided to get Caroline's hair braided. The lady promised she would take less than a minute a braid, and I think she was even faster. I never thought the worm would actually sit still. Jackson was busy dancing and singing to entertain her.

Dinner at Madame Janette's

Madame Janette's was a beautiful restaurant we ate at one night. We sat in the courtyard. The food was great and there was also great music.

Dinner at the Old Man in the Sea

Bobby and I were able to enjoy a late anniversary dinner at this restaurant called The Old Man in the Sea. Our table was right at the edge of the water in the sand. It was a beautiful place and had great food. We really enjoyed our night out.

Caves and Baby Beach

On Friday we went an adventure to some caves and then to spend some time on Baby Beach. Jackson thought the caves were Batman's house because we saw some bats flying in and out. It was really interesting. We then went to Baby Beach and spent a couple of hours. Bobby and I snorkeled. Jackson fed some fish right out of his hand, and the kids played in the sand and water. We had so much fun.

Natural Bridge

There is a Natural Bridge in Aruba the surf created. The actual bridge collapsed in 2005, but the is a smaller version right next to it. It is pretty amazing to see and the landscape around it is gorgeous. We drove to it and just sat around for a while. The kids played and built rock formations. Jackson and Paw-paw flew their kites.

Natural Pool

We adventured to a Natural Pool one day, and I do mean adventured. We had two 4-wheel drive jeeps, thank goodness. The roads were very bumpy, but we had fun trying to get there. The views were breathtaking along the way. Caroline did not think it was so much fun and cried most of the way back. I think she was a little traumatized :)
